What is the turnaround time?
As a general rule, handcrafted items take longer to make. Our blinds take 3-4 weeks, and our shutters 8-10 weeks. These lead times may vary due to volume, change orders, and other factors. We always try to get them done sooner, if we can!

Can you exactly match the trim in the living room?
Yes, we can match colors, but we can't duplicate. Stain looks different on any piece of wood. Paint looks different from room to room. We go to great effort to match the color sample you provide, but it's pretty tricky to get an exact match. That's why we provide you with a sample for your approval. You can see the color your blinds or shutters will be.

Can you make (an oak blind, a white blind with blue tapes, a 3 inch arched blind, a red blind with white tapes, a glazed distressed blind, a shutter to fit my French door, a triangle, circle, a motorized blind...)?
Why yes, yes we can. Please call us if you have an idea for a blind. We love challenges, and will most likely be able to help you.

Why aren't your blinds and shutters as cheap as the ones I've seen at the big box stores (or online)?
When you buy a handcrafted product, you expect quality, and that's what you get with our products. Handcrafting requires higher quality materials and skilled artisans. These are some of the factors that go into our beautiful blinds and shutters. These are not cookie cutter, commodity items. They are made by hand, right here in Colorado. It's a simple trade-off: price is reflected in quality.

Can I measure the blinds or shutters myself?
Sure. Many people are very handy with a measuring tape. But if we measure your windows and make a mistake, the remake is on us. It's pretty inexpensive insurance to have us measure your windows for an accurate fit.
