WARRANTY

Wonder Woods of Colorado warrants Wonder Woods wood blinds, wood shutters, Composite II blinds and Vinyl Built shutters to be free of defects in material and workmanship to the original consumer purchaser.

Wonder Woods of Colorado will repair free of charge these Wonder Woods products if they have been proven to be defective, when said products are returned at customer expense to Wonder Woods within the warranty period.

This warranty does not cover any incidental expenses incurred in the removal and re-installation of these products. All Freight cost incurred for the return of the products to customer by Wonder Woods or its distributor will be at customer expense.

The warranty periods are as follows:

	Wood Blinds	5 years
	Composite II Blinds	5 years
	Wood Shutters	1 year
	Vinyl Built Shutters	Lifetime

This warranty does not apply to any Wonder Woods of Colorado products damaged by accident, misuse or abuse while will be determined by Wonder Woods of Colorado. It does not apply to any product damaged by fire, flood, lightening, damage by pets, damage by water, damage by excessive use of cleaning materials and other acts of God or any other parts or service furnished by anyone other then Wonder Woods of Colorado.

This warranty does not include cartons, broken or marred creates or any other accessories used in conjunction with the product or consequential damages due to a defect in the product.

Wood blind and shutter products are a natural wood product. There will be variations in color, grain, texture and warpage that are characteristic of wood products. These variations are particularly visible in light stain. They are normal and are considered acceptable quality.

The shaded areas of our price charts represent areas not covered by warranty when a blind is ordered as a single unit. Multiple blinds on one headrail are covered by our warranty, provided that the individual blind sizes do not fall within the shaded areas.

Any defective product should be returned to the address above and parts will be repaired or replaced. Returns require a Return Authorization. Call us at the number above for a Return Authorization.
