At the corner of Jaarbeursboulevard and Croeselaan, two green towers named Wonderwoods will rise in 2024.
With this remarkable green project, developer G&S& (a subsidiary of VolkerWessels) brings back biodiversity to the city.
Wonderwoods is much more than just a building. It’s a place where all aspects of life come together: living, working, and recreation.
Whether you’re looking to live, work, or indulge in recreational activities at Wonderwoods, contact us today.
We are proud to announce that Wonderwoods has been honored as the best Mixed-Use project in the Netherlands and Europe by the European Property Awards.
MINDSET
We offer yoga, fitness and meditation so you can truly unplug from your digital life and the daily grind. We’re also bringing back old-fashioned gym equipment for outdoor workouts.
Wonderwoods will be a sister park of Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park or shall we say a sister forest. The 1 hectare of greenery in and on the facade is inspired by National Park Utrechtse Heuvelrug.
To improve air quality and ease congestion, we are promoting a culture of sustainable transport: electric cars, e-bikes and bicycles. Be assured of ample parking and charging stations.
The roof park on the 7th floor of Tower II is the perfect escape from the daily bustle of life. Or simply wander through the lush greenery, giving your mental health a boost and enjoy a great view.
Wonderwoods’ natural habitat will encourage around 30 different species of fauna – including birds, bees and butterflies – to return to live in the city.
Happiness comes from the inside out. We make it easy to make a fresh start to each day with our healthy food concepts. Part of our ‘slow food’ and ‘slow living’ approach for a balanced lifestyle.
Nowhere will transcend any notions of a traditional museum or gallery as it hosts a new type of multisensory and interactive digital art exhibition that encourages participation with the public.

A PROVEN CONCEPT IN MILAN
LOCATION
Utrecht, is also known as the Dom City. The Dom, the tallest and oldest church tower in the Netherlands, is the pride of the city. It’s hard not to fall in love with Utrecht, it embodies genuine Dutch ‘gezelligheid’. This delightful Dutch city is the fourth largest in the Netherlands and has the best of everything that belongs to a large city, such as culture, quality of life, transport, education and social activities.
Beurskwartier will be a metropolitan area in which Healthy Urban Living and sustainability are at its core.
Utrecht’s latest neighbourhood is still under development. This new kid on the block will be lively, green and car-free. No wonder that Wonderwoods will be part of it!
